How This Workshop Is Different

• Your Take Home Guide: You will receive a comprehensive 41-page Reiki manual written by me. I also provide notebook for you to capture your own insights and notes throughout the weekend.  
• Physical Intuition: Learn to trust your gut instincts, and physical senses as direct guidance for your everyday life.
• Spiritual Intuition: Connect with deeper insights and inner clarity.
• Sensation vs Feeling: Learn to decode exactly where energy has resistance, or moving within your body.

• Attunement Ceremony: Experience the sacred Reiki level 1 initiation to connect with the energy of universal life force energy.
• Certification: Traditional, lineage-backed Usui Reiki Level 1 included.

Ongoing Community Support

This workshop is a journey of  self acceptance, and active practice. its is about building a relationship with your own energy and the life force sustains through all living things.

Community Catch Ups: We meet once every 4 - 6 weeks as a group to practice on each other, share your own experiences, and stay connected and supported.

Long life Tools: You will leave this container with practical tools to confidently navigate your daily life.
