Integrative Reiki Therapy

A space to arrive as you are — to talk through something that's been sitting heavy, or simply to receive.

This is a fully clothed, hands-on Reiki session integrated with facilitated one-on-one discussion. It's suited to trauma, stress, burnout, anxiety, life transitions, spiritual awakening, relationship concerns, questions of direction and purpose — or simply the desire for an energetic reset.

Unlike a standard Reiki session, the conversation here isn't separate talk therapy tacked on beforehand — it's woven into the energy work itself, each informing the other.

Come without expectation. These sessions may unfold differently than you imagine — the intelligence of the energy knows what's needed, even when we don't.

What's involved

The session runs 1.5 hours in total: typically around 30 minutes of discussion and one hour of hands-on Reiki, though this balance shifts depending on what you bring in that day. First-time clients are often given a little extra space in the discussion, to express fully and settle into the process before we move into the hands-on work.

We usually begin with conversation — space to speak into your current here-and-now situation, facilitated rather than directed. This isn't small talk before "the real session"; it's part of how your energy begins to settle. When I sense that settling has happened, we move into the hands-on Reiki, guided by what's present rather than a fixed routine.

Wear something comfortable you can relax in — this is hands-on Reiki, fully clothed throughout.

People leave differently each time: some feel calm, some feel lighter than expected, some fall asleep on the table, some simply breathe easier. All of it is right.

• Your session is conducted entirely live on Google Meet. I remain present and visible throughout — working directly with your energetic anatomy while you rest comfortably in your own space. There are no camera breaks, no gaps. What you see is exactly what is happening.
• Your session closes with a 15 minute of intuitive feedback.
