Authentic Soul

When you come here carrying something heavy — control, stuck relationships, grief, lost direction, a life that no longer fits — we start by simply letting you speak. Really speak. Say the thing you've never said out loud, in a space where nothing will be judged or rushed.

From there, something begins to open. Together we gently explore what sits beneath the surface — beneath the limited beliefs, the patterns, the stories the mind has been holding as truth. You start to hear your own voice more clearly. To see a broader perspective. To make space within yourself for clarity and self-reassurance that was always there, just buried.

This is not advice. It is not analysis. It is facilitation — helping you shift what sits beneath the limited mind, so that what is real in you can rise.

When you can hear yourself clearly, you already know what you need. My role is simply to help you get there.

If you'd rather come in for pure Reiki — no words, just stillness and energy — that is just as welcome. There is no right way to show up here. Only your way.

Sessions are hands-on, unhurried and guided entirely by what arises in the room. At times, when the situation calls for it, a sense of what's needed may come through even before you arrive. The work goes where it needs to go.

My mission is simple — for you to be so heard, you can finally hear yourself.

About me

My name is Oz. I'm a Reiki Master Practitioner / Teacher and Holistic Counselor based in Lynbrook, in Melbourne's South East, and I've been doing this work for thirty years.

Over three decades, I've sat with people at some of the hardest and most tender moments of their lives — and what I've learned, again and again, is that people don't need to be fixed. They need to be heard, fully, without an agenda pulling them somewhere else. That's what shaped the way I work today: less about technique, more about presence.

I work with people of all ages and all walks of life. If something in you is ready — I'm here.
