Holistic Counselling at Authentic Soul goes beyond traditional talk therapy. Rather than focusing only on symptoms or surface issues, we explore the deeper connections between your mind, body, and spirit — uncovering the root causes behind your patterns, your pain, and your experiences.

This is not about fixing you. It is about helping you understand yourself — who you are, and who you are not — so you can return to your own inner wisdom and live from that place.

With 30 years of experience with energy work I bring together psychology, physiology, and metaphysical understanding to hold the complete picture of who you are — nothing left out, nothing dismissed.
