The Reiki journey is not about becoming something new, but about gently remembering the awareness, balance, and wisdom that already exist within you.
Teaching Reiki is not simply about sharing techniques—it is about embodying the practice and guiding others through their own personal discovery.

Reiki Level 1 is the beginning of your journey into understanding and working with life force energy. This level focuses on personal awareness, self-practice, and developing sensitivity to energy.
Students are introduced to the philosophy behind Reiki and begin learning how to feel and work with energy through simple, practical exercises. The emphasis at this stage is not on treating others professionally, but on developing a deeper connection with yourself and the energy within and around you.
During this training, students will learn:
Reiki Level 1 is a time of inner exploration and self-development. As you practice, you begin to understand your own energy, emotions, and awareness more deeply. This foundation creates the space for personal growth and a more conscious relationship with life.
Students are encouraged to continue practicing self-Reiki regularly after this level, allowing the experience to naturally deepen before progressing further along the Reiki path.

Reiki Level 2 builds upon the foundations developed in Level 1 and deepens the student’s relationship with energy, awareness, and personal practice.
At this stage, students begin to work with Reiki in a more focused way. The connection to the energy often becomes stronger, and students learn additional methods that expand how Reiki can be applied for themselves and others.
During this training, students will learn:
Level 2 encourages students to develop greater trust in their awareness and natural intuition while continuing their own self-practice.
Students who complete Reiki Level 2 may begin offering Reiki sessions to others if they feel ready. However, continued practice, humility, and personal development remain essential parts of the Reiki journey.
For those who feel called to deepen further, the next step toward the Reiki Master path involves a period of ongoing self-practice and integration before progressing to Reiki Master Level 3A.

Reiki Master path is not about status or titles. It is a deepening relationship with awareness, humility, and the natural flow of life.
After completing Reiki Level 2, the journey continues through personal practice, self-reflection, and deepening awareness.
Reiki Master Level 3A is not simply another course—it represents a period of integration and inner development. Students are encouraged to continue regular self-Reiki practice, meditation, and introspection. Over time, this practice naturally deepens one’s connection with life’s wisdom and brings a greater sense of clarity, balance, and awareness.
Through consistent practice, many students begin to experience life from a new perspective. Sensitivity to energy expands and intuition—our natural birthright beyond the physical five senses—becomes more present and refined.
For this reason, students are required to spend a minimum of one year practicing after Level 2 before entering the Reiki Master Level 3A training. This period allows the teachings to mature through lived experience rather than intellectual understanding alone.
Reiki Level 3B is the Teacher Level. This training is for those who feel genuinely called to share Reiki with others and guide students on their own healing journey.
At this level, students learn how to:
