With over 30 years of energy healing therapy experience, I hold a safe, compassionate space where you can feel fully supported throughout your reiki treatment session.

Each reiki healing session is a deeply intuitive blend of sound, and soul work. Channeling the life force energy as the foundation, guiding the flow along the energetic system, gently dissolving blocks and restoring natural balance. Selenite crystals assist in clearing dense energies, while Tibetan sound healing invites a shift in vibration—creating space for stillness, clarity, and release.

You’ll remain fully clothed and comfortably supported, while my hands rest lightly on your energy centers. Clients may experience a sense of calmness, feel warmth, coolness, waves of emotion, or simply drift into deep rest. 

We finish with time for grounding, reflection, and anything you’d like to share. Each session is an invitation back to your truth—to leave lighter, clearer, and more connected than before. 

All appointments are arranged by phone so we can connect with you personally and ensure the session is right for you.
